Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our services, including your name, email address, company information, website URL, and any other details you choose to share through our contact forms or discovery call bookings. This data collection occurs when you submit a form, book a call, or engage with our services.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this data through tools such as Google Analytics 4 and advertising platform pixels (see "Analytics and Advertising" below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and to protect our services and our users.

Google Ads API Usage

As part of our advertising management services, we access and manage client Google Ads accounts using the Google Ads API. This is done only with explicit client authorisation via OAuth consent. We use the API to retrieve campaign performance data, manage ad campaigns, analyse search terms, and optimise advertising spend on behalf of our clients.

Client Google Ads data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering our agreed services. We do not share client advertising data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., reporting dashboards). Client data is retained for the duration of our service agreement and securely deleted within 90 days of contract termination upon request.

Our use of the Google Ads API is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects data such as pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. This data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

We may also use advertising pixels and conversion tracking from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your browser settings or the relevant platform's ad preferences.

AI-Assisted Service Delivery

We use artificial intelligence tools as part of our service delivery process. This includes generating reports, analysing advertising performance data, conducting competitor research, and producing marketing recommendations. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals before delivery to clients.

Client data, including advertising account data and publicly available website content, may be processed through AI tools to deliver the services described in your service agreement. We do not use client data to train AI models. Client data processed through AI tools is subject to the same security, confidentiality, and retention standards described in this policy.

We are transparent about the role AI plays in our service delivery. If you have questions about how AI is used in the production of your specific deliverables, please contact us.

Automated Decision-Making

Some of our services involve computer programs that assist in making recommendations or decisions, such as identifying keyword opportunities, flagging underperforming campaigns, or suggesting budget allocations. These automated processes are used to support, not replace, human judgement. Final decisions on campaign changes, budget adjustments, and strategic direction are made by our team in consultation with you.

You have the right to request human review of any recommendation or decision that has been informed by automated processing. Contact us at any time to discuss how automated tools are used in your account.

Information Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform and delivering our services. These third parties include:

  • Email delivery providers (for communications and notifications)
  • Analytics providers (for website usage data)
  • Advertising platforms (for campaign measurement and management)
  • AI service providers (for generating analysis and reports as described above)
  • Cloud hosting providers (for data storage and processing)

We may also disclose your information when required by law, to enforce our terms of service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of profitmates, our clients, or others.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Client advertising account data is logically separated and access-controlled to prevent cross-client data exposure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Client advertising data is retained for the duration of our service agreement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below.
