Strategy-led marketing consulting, built around your os

The read tells you what's worth doing. A partnership is us doing it.

We run your Google and Meta ads, act on what your read found, and connect your ads, store, email marketing, tracking and analytics into one os that does real work every week. From $3,000 a month, scoped by what your read found.

  • Strategy and consulting first, ads as the engine
  • Everything in one partnership, not priced per service
  • Markers agreed up front. We're judged on them at the review.

How it works

What actually happens, month by month.

The foundation term is three or six months depending on scope. Either way you know the shape before you start.

  1. The first fortnight

    Getting set up

Access to the accounts, the baseline captured honestly, and a kickoff where we agree out loud the markers we'll be judged on.

  2. The first month

    Quick wins

Tracking made trustworthy first, so every number after it is real. Then the visible improvements: the budget leaks, the page friction, the search terms burning money, stronger ad copy in your customers' own words.

  3. Through the foundation

    The foundation build

From fixes to the partnership proper. Campaigns rebuilt where the diagnostics warranted it, the creative flywheel started, and the strategy sessions find their rhythm.

  4. On a six-month foundation

    Compounding

Lighter on new build, heavier on steering. By now the decisions cite your own history rather than best practice, because there's enough of it banked to be worth citing.

  5. At the end of the term

We check the markers together. No moving goalposts.

What we agreed at the start is what we're measured on at the end, and if something isn't working we say so early rather than saving it for the review. Then three honest outcomes: keep going, take the plan and everything in your accounts and run it yourself, or stop.

What you have at the end of the term: tracking you trust, ad copy in your customers' words, and a regular session where decisions cite your own numbers.

Who it's for

Worth being straight about the fit.

You bring the judgement. We do the work.

Works well if

  • You're already spending enough that a strategic partner pays for itself
  • You want strategy first, not just someone pushing buttons
  • Google or Meta is where your money goes
  • You or your team want to stay involved

Probably not if

  • You're shopping for the cheapest person to run ads
  • Your main channel is somewhere we don't go deep, like Amazon or LinkedIn
  • You want one thing fixed rather than an ongoing relationship

If it's that last one, the read on its own may be all you need.

Underneath the work

Your marketing os gets built while we run things.

It connects to what you already run. Your ad accounts, your store, your email marketing, your tracking, your analytics. Wired in and live, not files you send us.

It learns your customers. Who your best ones are, what brings them back, and what normal looks like for you.

It works on what matters most. More of the right new customers, more of them coming back, more each time they buy, or staying longer. It works out which comes first for you, then does the work every week, instead of a report that goes stale.

It answers from your history. After a few months the recommendations cite your own history, not best practice.

Every improvement lands on our own os first. If it doesn't earn its place there, it doesn't reach yours.

Growth partnership, from
$3,000

a month · scoped by what your read found

During a partnership the os is ours to run and yours to benefit from. Owning it outright is the next rung, and it's by invitation.

Where it goes, if it goes there

Some partnerships end with you owning it.

During a partnership we build it and run it until you're ready to. When it's handed over we train your team on it and stay close with support and the practical tips that make it useful day to day. Then we shift from running your marketing to keeping the os sharp: new models, new skills, quarterly strategy.

It's by invitation, and it comes down to two things: you want to own it, and you've got people who'll run it once they're trained. That's a decision we'd make together, a long way from here.

Questions

The ones worth asking.

Do I have to do a read first?

Yes, and you'd want to. It's how we work out what a partnership would even be doing, and it's the first thing we'd do anyway.

What's it cost?

From $3,000 a month, scoped by what the read found. There's no rate card, because what you need isn't the same as the business next door. If the partnership starts within three months of your read walkthrough, the $749 comes off your first month.

Who runs the ads?

We do, throughout. It's the engine, not the headline.

What if it's not working?

We'd name it early rather than at the review. The markers we agreed up front are the measure, and we don't move them.

What happens at the end of the foundation term?

We sit down and check the markers together. Three honest outcomes: keep going, take the plan and everything in your accounts and run it yourself, or stop.

Know where you stand. Then decide what's next.

Every partnership starts with an inside read. If you already know you want a partner, that's still where we'd start, because it's the first thing we'd do anyway.
