Outside read
Your marketing, as a stranger sees it.
We read everything you have made public. Your site, your ads, your competitors, your reviews, and what AI assistants say when someone asks for a business like yours. No account access, no charge.
- Every finding cited, so you can check it yourself
- What a customer meets before they ever call you
- Yours to keep, whatever you do next
No charge. The questions are the price.
About ten questions, one at a time. The read lands within three business days.

What we look at
Everything public. Nothing private.
- What AI says when someone asks for a business like yours
- Who else shows up where you want to be
- What Google and AI crawlers actually see
- Your ads, as they are running today
- Your landing page
- Your homepage, looked at properly
- Your reviews, and your competitors'
- Your catalogue
- Your tracking, from the outside
Which parts run depends on whether you are a service business or a store. The summary is where they connect.
What you get
The read itself.
- 01
A page, not an attachment.
It arrives as a link you open on your phone. Nothing to create an account for, no PDF sitting in your downloads folder.
- 02
One thing we noticed, up top.
The read opens on a single named observation about your business. Not a summary of what a read is.
- 03
Every finding with its evidence attached.
What we saw, where we saw it, and what it means in practice. You can check any of it yourself.
- 04
What's working, said out loud.
If something is already strong it is in there as a strength, not spun into a problem.
- 05
How many signals we checked.
The count is on the page, so you know the size of the look rather than guessing at it.
- 06
How we looked, and where we couldn't.
Every source is labelled, including the ones where we only got a partial view.
- 07
Yours to keep.
Run with it yourself, hand it to your agency or team, or keep going with us. All three are fine.

The ceiling
Where the outside view stops.
We can see what you are putting out. We cannot see what it is doing. Three questions the outside view cannot answer:
- Which of your ads is actually making money?
- Where are people dropping out on the way to buying?
- Are you counting the right things in the first place?
That is the inside read: read-only access to your accounts, $49 to start and $749 in total.
Questions
Before you start.
What's the catch?
No catch, but there is a reason. We do these because some of the people who get one go on to work with us. Most don't, and that's fine. The read is complete on its own: run with it yourself, hand it to your agency or team, or keep going with us.
What do the questions involve?
About ten, one at a time, a couple of minutes all up. They are not a formality. The read is built out of your answers: the search you want to come up first for, who you think your competitors are, what you have already tried. Skip them and you get a template, which is not worth anyone's time.
Do you need access to anything?
No. Nothing. That is what makes it an outside read. We work from what anyone can see, which is also what your customers see.
Is it written by AI?
AI covers the ground, far more of it than anyone could by hand. A person decides what matters and writes it. That is why it takes days and not seconds.
How long does it take?
It lands within three business days of you answering the questions. We email you the link.
Will someone call me?
No. It arrives as a page and it is yours to read. If you want the conversation, that is the inside read: a welcome chat first, then the read walked through with you on a call.
Know where you stand. Then decide what's next.

What we will look at for you
- Who is winning the search you want, and exactly what they are saying
- Whether any AI assistant names you when asked your question
- The right checks for your kind of business
- What a crawler and an assistant actually see on your site
- The ads actually running in the market you named
- Whatever it was that made you look
